The web industry is so fast moving that it's all most of us can do to keep up to date with the latest ideas and techniques, whilst hitting our deadlines for paid projects... So when do people find the time to innovate?

Specialising may be essential if you want to get picked up by a large agency, but I think there's still room for the 'Jack of all trades' website creators. We are the small-time heroes of the internet, armed with ideas, passion, experience and vision. We'll exceed all expectations and all will be right with the world.
